This first session is designed for new clients and includes a full body assessment using both Spinal Flow and the Emmett Technique.
We begin with a detailed posture and nervous system assessment to identify areas of tension, stress and restriction.
The session includes:
• Full Spinal Flow assessment
• Emmett body assessment
• 30-minute Spinal Flow treatment
• Full Emmett session
This combined approach supports nervous system regulation, pain relief, improved mobility and overall body alignment.
