Working with people on their healing journey, I noticed something early on that changed everything about how I practice.
Time and again, I would work with someone whose body simply would not release. The tension was there, the blockage was clear — and yet something deeper was holding it in place. Something the hands alone could not reach. I began to understand that for many people, the body cannot fully heal until the mind is ready to let go.
That realisation is what led me to hypnotherapy. And it has transformed the work I do.
"Sometimes the body cannot heal until the mind is ready to let go."
Hypnotherapy is simply the art of guiding you into a deeply relaxed, open state — one where your conscious mind can quieten down just enough to gently reach the deeper layers beneath. The layers where pain lives. Where old fears have been stored. Where patterns that no longer serve you have been quietly running in the background, sometimes for years, sometimes for decades.
And before you think — that won't work for me — please keep reading. Because I have heard that before. And I have seen what happens next.
Most people come with a symptom. Smoking. Drinking. Anxiety. Chronic pain. Anger that keeps returning. A sadness with no name. And most approaches try to address the symptom directly — manage it, suppress it, push through it.
But in my experience, the symptom is never really the problem. It is the response to the problem. It is the way your mind and body found to cope with something much deeper — something unresolved, unprocessed, and often long forgotten.
Until that deeper thing is found and released, the symptom will always find a way to return. Because the root is still there.
This is the heart of the way I work. I am not here to patch over what is on the surface. I am here to go gently to the source — to the feeling, the image, the sensation your body has been carrying — and help you release it. Completely and permanently.
"I don't follow a formula. I follow the person. Every session is shaped entirely around you — where you are, what you need, and what your mind and body are ready to release."

This is one of the most important things I want you to know — and for many people, it is the thing that finally makes healing feel possible.
You do not have to tell me what you want to release. Not a single word. You don't have to explain it, name it, describe it, or relive it. You don't even have to fully understand it yourself.
You simply bring it with you — the feeling, the image, the sensation you carry somewhere in your body. And together, we release it. Gently, safely, and without you having to open a single door you are not ready to open.
This makes hypnotherapy deeply accessible for people who have suffered in silence, who find talking difficult, or who have tried other therapies and felt too exposed or overwhelmed. You are completely in control. Always.
You do not need a dramatic story or a specific diagnosis. If something feels stuck — physically, emotionally, or mentally — this work can help. Including things you may never have connected to your body at all.

I want to share something with you — because I think this will say more than any description ever could.
One of my clients — a lady who had been coming to me for some time — told me very clearly that she could not be hypnotised. She had tried it before and nothing had happened. She was certain it simply wasn't for her.
So I didn't try to hypnotise her. I just invited her to close her eyes. I guided her gently through a simple visualisation — imagining the pain in her back being lifted, slowly and carefully, out of her body. That was it. No induction, no scripts, no stages. Just a quiet moment of guided imagination.
Her pain went from a seven down to a one.
We finished the session with EMMETT and Spinal Flow, and she left feeling lighter than she had in a very long time.
This is what I mean when I say I follow the person, not the method. The mind is far more open than we give it credit for — especially when it feels safe, unhurried, and truly seen.
We always begin with a gentle conversation. I want to understand what has brought you here — what you are feeling, what you have tried, what you are hoping for. There is no rush, and nothing you share will ever be judged. And remember — you never have to share more than you are comfortable with.
From there, I will guide you into a beautifully relaxed state — deeply restful, but completely aware. You will hear everything. You will remember everything. And at any moment, you are free to open your eyes and come back.
Within that stillness, we go to the root. Not the surface. Not the symptom. The place where it all began. And there, gently and safely, we release it — the feelings, the images, the sensations, the emotions your body has been holding onto, sometimes for a very long time.
Many clients describe a feeling of profound calm afterwards — as though something that had been quietly weighing on them for years has finally, peacefully, been set down.
Hypnotherapy sessions can be offered on their own, or beautifully combined with Spinal Flow and the EMMETT Technique — working with your body and your mind together, as they were always meant to be.
"You do not have to believe in hypnotherapy for it to work. You just have to be willing to try. That is enough."
If something in you is curious — even just a little — I would love to hear from you. Book a session, send me a message, or simply reach out for a chat. I am here, and I would be deeply honoured to help. 💛
